Butterflies and caterpillars

Our caterpillars were very small when they arrived on 15th April. They grew and grew and formed chrysalises.

We coloured pictures of butterflies and dressed up in caterpillar and butterfly costumes.

We made name caterpillars and played in the garden centre outdoors.

Spiders

We made spider cakes for our snack.

We worked together to make a big web by threading wool and ribbons.

We used wooden tools to scratch the surface off some paper to make a multi coloured web picture.

We created spider pictures on the computer.

Ladybirds

We made ladybirds with tubes and counted the number of spots on their wings.
